Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
1. Service Agreement
By using Green Vista Landscapes services, you agree to these terms. Our services include floral arrangements, wedding flowers, corporate events, landscape design, and delivery services within our designated service areas.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for standard arrangements, 72 hours for custom work, and 2 weeks minimum for weddings. Payment is due at time of order. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
3. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available within 25 miles of our Garden City location Monday-Saturday. Delivery fees range from $15-45 based on distance. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
4. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee fresh, high-quality flowers and professional service. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace arrangements or provide appropriate compensation at our discretion.
5. Cancellation Policy
Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for full refund. Wedding and event orders may be cancelled up to 7 days prior with 50% refund, or 14 days prior for full refund.
6. Seasonal Availability
Flower availability depends on seasonal conditions and market factors. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.
7. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, allergic reactions, or damages caused by recipient handling.
8. Landscaping Services
Landscape design services include site assessment, design plans, and installation. Plant warranties are valid for 90 days with proper care. Weather-related damages are not covered under warranty.
9. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, photographs, and promotional materials remain property of Green Vista Landscapes. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Chatham County, Georgia. These terms are governed by Georgia state law.
